MOTI HASSON GALLERY, located in a 4,000 square-foot ground floor space in Chelsea at 535 West 25th Street designed by Architect Mark Dubois, first opened in January 2005 in New York's Hell's Kitchen. In the past few years, Moti Hasson Gallery has established itself as a destination for the presentation of an innovative program, and in foregrounding premier solo and group exhibitions by an international array of artists. With an eye on the larger field of international art-making, the Gallery works with leading arts professionals in developing the careers of the artists it showcases through exhibitions, art fairs, catalogues, special events, projects, and public programs.
Featuring work by artists worldwide, Moti Hasson Gallery promotes a vital and energetic discourse between artists of different socio-political upbringings and varied schools of thought. As such, the Gallery has garnered recognition from such prominent art publications as Art in America, Art Papers, Art: Review, Modern Painters, New York Magazine, Sculpture Magazine, The New Yorker, The New York Times, Time Out New York, The Village Voice and W Magazine among others, and has increased the profiles of David Kramer, Jiha Moon, Paul Pagk, Shinique Smith, Shirley Shor, and Tommy Hartung among an increasing roster of artists.
Maintaining its interest in engaging in a broader art discourse, Moti Hasson Gallery also produces publications including a limited series of full-color illustrated catalogues, each with an essay by such leading writers, artists, critics, and art historians as Isolde Brielmaier, Tim Davis, Irene Hofmann, Anne Ellegood, Edward M. Gomez and Sara Reisman. The gallery also hosts special events in collaboration with leading philanthropic organizations including The Rema Hort Mann Foundation and engages in public programs with exhibiting artists that encourages dialogue with curators, collectors, and a wide range of audiences.

Renee Bovenzi is a New York native and recipient of a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the prestigious New York Academy of Art where she now serves as the Vice President of the Alumni Association. Additionally, she is an active member of the faculty as an instructor of Life Drawing for the Continuing Education Program. Upon graduation, Ms. Bovenzi was appointed to a position with the prominent Rosenfeld Gallery as the gallery's Assistant Director. Here she was responsible for coordinating exhibitions, and facilitating the sales of original Modern Master's works of art to eminent and distinguished private clients. In November 2007, Bovenzi joined the Moti Hasson Gallery as Director of Operations.
